The Four Seasons is a unique assisted living community for seniors with a setting reminiscent of a traditional family farm complete with fruit trees in the back yard and seasonal vegetable gardens outside the windows.

Surrounded by expanses of lush lawn, maple trees and white-rail fencing, our community is a place where you can rest assured your loved one feels at home surrounded by people who care about his or her quality of life.

Our community features four separate, secured one-story buildings that offer both assisted living and memory care for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.

Personal Care Services

We provide the personal care services, individually planned by our on-site licensed nurse to meet your loved one’s special needs. Services performed by our trained staff are offered 24 hours each day. The admission fee includes an initial assessment by our licensed nurse, file setup and general room maintenance during each resident’s stay. Our monthly rates include the following:

• 24-hour access to assisted living services
• Three delicious meals per day (some specialty diets accommodated)
• Emergency call systems located in all resident rooms and baths
• On-site licensed nurse
• Daily health monitoring by a licensed nurse
• Medication reminders and management
• Weekly housekeeping and linen services
• Daily laundry service
• Community activities scheduled by our activities directors
• Transportation to medical appointments and scheduled community activities
• Utilities (excluding private telephone and cable TV—hookups provided)
• Community television in front room area
• All apartment and building maintenance

In addition to the features listed above, our monthly fee also includes additional personal care and services tailored specifically to the individual needs of each resident. These options may include:

• Medical coordination
• Medication and pharmacy coordination
• Special dining room assistance (Diabetes management available)
• Incontinence program
• Daily meal reminders and encouragement
• Bathing assistance
• Grooming and dressing assistance
• Wander Guard System in a secured home
• Daily housekeeping monitoring
• Special care items available at additional cost
