- Group dining room, private dining area for parties, multiple living/sitting rooms, fireplace, full-service beauty salon/barbershop, library with public library service.
- Kitchen for personal/family cooking, crafts and hobbies room, multi-purpose room for games, exercise, entertainment and more.
- Outdoor courtyard, covered porch, paved walking path. Landscaped grounds with fountains, raised garden, flower beds, lake stocked with fish.
- Residents may bring personal furnishings and use the laundry room, private whirlpool bath, locked mailboxes and storage space.
- Activity program with social functions, parties, religious services, exercise sessions, community events, special interest programs, scheduled local transportation.
- Nursing staff on duty 24 hours daily for medication management, health assessments, regular blood pressure checks, communication with physicians, assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility and special needs.
- Weekly housekeeping, linen change, daily bed making, bathroom and trash service, seasonal clothing storage, personal laundry service.
- Full-service dining, three meals daily, selective menu, healthful diet options, snacks and special theme/gala dinners.
