Pristine Pines of Franklin Park ~ Sewickley, Pennsylvania

At The Pristine Pines of Franklin Park, assisted living means dignity, privacy and freedom for you or your loved one, with just the right level of social activities, support and personalized care to keep life in its proper balance.

Our dedication and commitment to the safety, comfort and well-being of our residents goes well beyond our elegant, intimate atmosphere, our premier quality services and our surprisingly affordable price.

We have made our community as comfortable, accessible, and convenient as possible to provide residents with a carefree lifestyle. Our corridors are short and there are no elevators or stairs to negotiate when going to the dining hall or other common areas.

At The Pristine Pines you or your loved one will live near other residents who have similar needs and lifestyles. Our community is designed with four entrances providing separate access to four distinct residential areas. Having residents grouped according to lifestyle promotes better understanding and support for each other and from friends and families, too.

In our Dementia and Alzheimer’s unit, for example, we care for just 12 residents in a safe, intimate environment with secure access to the outdoors. Meanwhile, in an entirely separate section of our community with its own entry and dining room, our more independent and active residents enjoy lifestyles and social activities geared to their needs and desires.

The Pristine Pines of Franklin Park is a Good Neighbor Community where staff and management adhere to the notion that senior living residences can be places “Where neighbors become friends and friends become family.”

Headquartered in Eugene, OR, Good Neighbor Care Centers, LLC employs a resident-centered approach to senior living, called “Caring the Good Neighbor Way.” This approach is designed to maintain the dignity and freedom of residents as they age and foster continued strong relationships and interaction between residents, their families, our caregivers and other residents.

The Pristine Pines of Franklin Park is a homey, two-story residential community located in the quiet Pittsburgh suburb of Sewickley, population 11,000 people. We offer 56 units and are licensed for 77 beds. Fourteen of our units are private and the rest are for either private or semiprivate occupancy. The community includes a commercial-grade kitchen, five kitchenettes, an in-house laundry, storage facilities, 15 resident lounges and four separate dining areas.
